Terms & Conditions

• Quotations: Quotes provided by Atomik Laser are valid for 30 days. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the project scope changes or if there are significant fluctuations in material costs (e.g., imported timber prices).

• Customer-Supplied Materials: If you provide your own material for engraving/cutting, Atomik Laser takes all reasonable care, but we are not liable for any damage or unsuccessful results. Customers should provide a "test piece" where possible, as laser reactions vary between material batches.

• Design Approval: For custom work, we may send a digital proof. Once you approve this proof (via email or message), Atomik Laser is not responsible for errors in spelling, layout, or dimensions.

• Ownership of Designs: Unless otherwise agreed, any design work created by Atomik Laser remains our intellectual property. Customers must ensure they have the legal right to use any logos or artwork they provide to us.

• Machine Tolerances: Laser and CNC cutting are high-precision, but minor variances (typically +/- 0.2mm to 0.5mm) can occur depending on material thickness and type.
