Shipping Policy

• Rural Delivery (RD): Please ensure you select the "Rural" shipping option if your address is designated as RD by NZ Post/couriers. Failure to do so may result in a separate invoice for the price difference before dispatch.

• Oversized Items: Large sheets of plywood or acrylic may require specialized freight. If an order exceeds standard courier dimensions, we will contact you with a custom freight quote.

• PO Boxes: We cannot deliver to PO Boxes as we use signature-required courier services for security.

• International Shipping: Currently, we ship within New Zealand only. Please contact us for a custom quote if you require international delivery.

• Risk of Loss: Once the courier has confirmed delivery (via GPS or signature), the risk of loss or theft passes to the customer. We recommend choosing a safe delivery spot.
